In addition to tuition, there are other expenses that families should expect to incur, which are outlined in our Summary of Student Expenses linked below.
Financial Aid
If applying for financial aid, please fill out the online Financial Aid Application, which is linked below. As part of the Financial Aid process, you may be required to supply your tax returns. Financial Aid Applications are only reviewed in conjunction with complete SMS Admission Applications. Please apply for financial aid at the same time you are applying for admission.
As a general guideline, SMS does not offer full financial aid packages. Financial Aid is not available for any travel or camp expenses.
New families requesting financial aid assistance should complete their application of financial assistance as soon as they submit their application for admissions.
Returning families requesting financial assistance should complete their financial aid application by February 5th. Financial aid decisions for returning students will be sent with Enrollment Contracts in late winter/early spring.
