HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES

Congratulations to the inductees of the SMS Hall of Fame! Each spring during Graduation Weekend, we hold our Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, followed by the SMS Bears Bash community celebration. We look forward to enjoying these celebrations each year with our amazing community.

Alumni Inductees
The Stratton Mountain School Hall of Fame recognizes and honors those individuals who have a superb record of outstanding contributions to their sport, profession, and/or community. To be eligible for the Hall of Fame as an Alumni inductee, a nominee must have been graduated from SMS for at least ten (10) years. In addition, those who spent a Post Graduate year at SMS are eligible for nomination in this category.
 
In all cases, membership in the Hall of Fame is reserved for those nominees with exemplary accomplishments and contributions that were a source of pride for SMS during their time as a student-athlete and/or the time following their graduation from SMS.

Special Inductees
The Stratton Mountain School Hall of Fame recognizes and honors those individuals who have a superb record of outstanding contributions to Stratton Mountain School and may be considered for inclusion in the Hall of Fame as a Special Inductee. These individuals may be teachers, coaches, administrators, or others who have made significant contributions to the SMS community.  

Stratton Mountain School is an independent boarding and day school that focuses on college preparatory academics and competitive winter sports. Located at the base of Stratton Mountain, SMS is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools.
